Three nights stay – two full days in the Jerez area

If you are unable to join us for our scheduled “Sherry Triangle Tour” in 2016 (between the eve of 17/04 & the morning of 20/04) – we are delighted to offer you the opportunity of choosing your own 2 full days “tour dates” instead.
This tour will cover selected bodegas within the three Sherry Triangle towns – so that you will experience the area where Sherry is made and sample all the different styles that are produced, and along the way some sightseeing too.
You will be staying at Hotel Sherry Park located in a quiet area close to the centre of Jerez de la Frontera – where we recommend you arrive in time for dinner (during the afternoon or evening) before the first full day’s tour!

An English speaking driver (of our chosen transport company), will guide you around the area, not only by driving you to visit each of our selected bodegas and other venues, but in pointing out places of interest too.
Tour itinerary:
Day 1
We suggest you check-in at Hotel Sherry Park in the afternoon / early evening (before the first full day’s tour) in time for dinner.
Day 2
After breakfast – your driver collects you from the hotel.
Drive to Puerto de Santa Maria for a brief tour of that town.
11:00 Tour of Bodegas Osborne with Sherry tasting afterwards.
Drive to Sanlucar de Barrameda to arrive in time for a tour of Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana followed by a tasting of their Manzanilla and other Sherries.
14:30 Have lunch at the nearby fish restaurant – Casa Bigote.
Local sightseeing afterwards & visit to Medina Sidonia Palace before returning to your hotel.
Day 3
After breakfast
10:00 your driver collects you from the hotel.
You are driven into the centre of Jerez de la Frontera to visit Gonzalez Byass for a tour of their Tio Pepe Bodega with Sherry tasting afterwards.
Leave Gonzalez Byass for a brief sightseeing tour of the town of Jerez – prior to driving east to Arcos de la Frontera.
14:00. Lunch in the Parador de Arcos. Afterwards you are welcome to walk around Arcos, before your driver returns you to your hotel.
21:00 Dinner in El Cartujano Restaurant within Hotel Jerez – a short walk away.
Return to Hotel Sherry Park for your last night’s stay.
Next morning – after breakfast, you are free to travel on to your next destination.
What is included and what is not included?
Flight arrangements and/or transport to the start point and from the finish points (here, being Hotel Sherry Park) are not included. Otherwise all transport, accommodation, meals, winery visits and Sherry tastings and other visits are included from the start to the finish points.

Bookings:
Each tour is booked with a €200 (Euros) non refundable deposit per person to enable us to firmly secure hotel accommodation. The balance will later be payable by bank transfer 60 days before the tour commences.

Cost in Euros (€):
For a single couple sharing a room, the cost is €697 per person. For a private group of four or more people, based on two sharing a room, this tour is offered at €597 per person, the same price as for our scheduled tour.
