This tour is aimed at couples or groups of friends holidaying in Porto and wishing to avail themselves of a short wine tour in the Douro Valley. If you would like a longer tour with nights away in the Douro Valley, please fill in our questionnaire to help make a proposal that matches your requirements.
This tour gives you the opportunity of experiencing the picturesque train journey from Porto to Regua and also of doing some of the traveling between wineries by boat.

Here is what we propose:
09h00 Train departure from S. Bento – Porto
11h08 Arrival at Régua station.
We collect you at Regua station and drive you to the quay at Folgosa.
11:30 am you board a boat at Folgosa and we take you on a classic boat ride to
Quinta da Romaneira for a winery visit and tasting.
You have lunch on board.
At 2:00 pm we take you on a winery visit and tasting at Quinta do Bomfim.
At 3:30 pm we board the boat again for the return trip by boat to Folgosa
At 5:00 pm we visit Quinta da Pacheca for a tour of the winery and tasting of their Ports.
Around 7.30 pm we drop you back at your hotel in Porto

What is included:
Guide, transport to and from your hotel, all winery and other visits and tastings, lunch and supper. It does not include flights or hotel accommodation.
What is not included:
Not included are flight arrangements & transport to our starting point or from our finishing point. Within the start and finish points, all transport, accommodation, meals, boat costs, winery visits & wine tastings are included.
Bookings:
Each tour is booked with a €200 non-refundable deposit per person to enable us to firmly secure the transport, boat and guide. The balance will later be payable by bank transfer 60 days before the tour commences.

€495 per person for a minimum of two people.
